Where the payment of a Bonus under the terms of any Promotion is dependent on You making a deposit into your Cash Balance and You withdraw all or any part of your deposit before the Bonus is paid into your Bonus Balance, You will forfeit the Bonus in question and any winnings won using the Bonus.
19. If you make a withdrawal, your Bonus Balance is reset to zero. This means that if you choose to withdraw any portion of your Cash Balance and you still have a Bonus Balance, your remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeit.
20. Play-through / wagering on all games will count towards the play-through / wagering requirement, BUT the types of games you play will contribute differently towards meeting your play-through / wagering requirement.

If a player does not want any bonus which has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a casino support consultant to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, whereafter the reversal will take place.
